I would HIGHLY recommend this book for all job hunters in this job market today. It is really in depth and helps those that need encouragement, resumes, cover letters, and job search locations. However, it also goes in depth into those that are starting over later in life and how that affects them differently. It has exercises in the back to help you get your thoughts together. It also has something for those people that might have to start in other field, either by choice or because their job title has been eliminated. There are a lot of job hunting books out there, I have read a few, but this one really is tailored to this job market. Pick it up if you are searching for a job and need help!!!

Loads of good advice and resources for those looking for a job, or trying to figure out whether to take the leap into a completely different career. Can't recommend it enough!
