In my youth (and not-so-youth) this book was valuable to me in figuring out what I actually liked to do, what I was good at. You evaluate when you were most engaged with what you were doing, etc. It does help you to pinpoint what it is you like. In my case, it pointed in a totally different direction than I spent college studying! But it was right. Ain't it the truth!
