A spellbinding book about passion, love, class, and growing older. The main characters meet in three distinct time periods and settings - Buenos Aires, South of France, and Italy - and I especially liked the way the author structured the novel to reveal the story slowly and create many parallels. Be prepared for some pretty shocking sex scenes and sensual writing throughout the book.
