Imagine you have been hired to work at an international base on the moon... when you show up for orientation, this is the book they would issue you.

Ben Bova has created an amazing work of speculative fiction, and along the way does quite a job of adding real science instruction on how such a lunar base would work. Bova covers everything from the air production and environmental controls to social structure and profitability projections.

It's fascinating, and one day (hopefully) may be true :)
