An okay read -- I did enjoy the military hero aspect, and that that his characterization and issues were well-crafted. The heroine's hesitation to let him parent, and her harping about him endangering his son, got annoying. Her issues were presented thoroughly, but not convincingly enough, I suppose, for her behavior to seem completely rational. I did like the emotional development of the story, and the hero's struggle with his future choices.
