This book has nineteen new quilt projects, each of which is designed to take just one weekend to complete. The designs are crisp and lively yet traditional in flavor, reflecting the influence of Amish, New England and Southwestern quilting styles. The projects range from crib quilts, wallhangings, pillow, and throws to single-bed and full-sized bed quilts, with patterns that include simple triangles and squares, florals, nauticals, and Christmas motifs. For each project, there are clear, easy to follow step-by-step instructions and illustrations, along with a full color photograph of the finished quilt.

This is worth keeping because it has so many ideas that I would like to make. Most of these patterns you can find other places, but it the simplicity of having the patterns and instructions in one place is convenient. I esp like the baby bow ties, and the school house.
