I loved this book about the people in a newsroom, from anchors to management. This author does a wonderful job weaving their personal and professional lives together, with a serial killer in the midst of them. Very suspenseful and well-done. I've already ordered the next book in this series.

Riveting!! The last 30 pages are a tough read, especially if you're anti-death penalty (as I am).

A very interesting did he or didn't he kind of murder mystery. There aren't a lot of suspects, its just an issue of whether or not the supposed killer really did it. The protagonist is very unusual as well. Very unique and suspenseful. Would make a good movie.

ANdrea Labore is a beautiful, ambitious Twin Cities TV newscaster, hungering for an anchor chair, and with two men hungering for her. One is Rick Beanblossem, a star reporter who hides his disfigured face behind a cotton mask and his scarred soul behind a cynical shield. The other is the channel's uncanny weatherman, Dixon Bell, a gentle bearlike genius whose claws are as concealed as his past.

The other is the channel's uncanny weatherman, Dixon Bell, a gentle bearlike genius whose claws are as concealed as his past.

WHen ANdrea goes after the story of a serial killer of pretty young women, it becomes clear that the monstrous murderer is after her. Trusting the wrong man with her love can cost her her life. And as the clouds of suspicion darken, the only sure forecast is that death will strike like lightneing again and again... closer and closer..."

First time I've read this author - it's pretty good ... I'm now going to look for another by him. The book has good characters with a strong storyline. A bit gruesome in parts, but overall pretty good.

Felt this could've been better, seems to be just too much descriptions and the behind scenes of a newsroom wasn't very interesting to me and it was just seemed to be slow, so I gave up
