This is a a truly beautiful and inspiring book. It's about a kind little man who goes on a pilgrimage to discover what the Bible means when it tells you to "pray without ceasing." He eventually meets an old monk who teaches him how to pray incesently and why it's important. Once the pilgrim learns to pray without ceasing, he finds true happiness and love for the world. The book was also the main focus in Franny and Zooey, by J. D. Salinger.
