I bought this book by Mr. Leo after reading his first book "Edges of the Earth" I thought this would be a continuation of his fantastic memoir about leaving city life to homestead in Alaska - and I guess it is, but it did not hit me square in the heart the way "Edges" did. If you are interested in reading about aspects of life near Talkeetna, this book is for you.
