Wallace Rice (born 1859, Hamilton, Ontario died December 15, 1939, Chicago) was an author, lecturer, and poet.
A graduate of Harvard University, he was admitted to the bar in 1884. He wrote historical pageants, including one celebrating Illinois' centennial and another for the semi-centennial of Birmingham, Alabama
With Clarence Darrow, he edited the anthology "Infidels and Heretics."
In 1917, he designed the Municipal Flag of Chicago.
