The book is written with the stated purpose of giving Christian women information about Islam to help them convert Moslem women to Christianity. The author cherry-picks quotations from the Bible to prove certain points (such as that the Bible teaches equality between men and women) and probably does the same with the Koran to show what is wrong with Islam. Someone who is looking for ammunition to help convert Moslem women will find much help in this book. Someone looking for an inside or unbiased explanation of how devout Moslem women see their faith will be disappointed.
