I really enjoyed this book and was sad when it ended. I read slowly and deliberately, to enjoy every sip of wine, every bite of delicious regional food. I just love coming across an author that makes you feel like you could reach out and fill a glass of wine from the bottle on the table he just described.

A delightful light read with plenty of action and a little mystery thrown in.
One of several good books I've read by Peter Mayle. It is an interesting and intriguing story of wine making and collecting. Engaging to the end as the mystery unravels.
