First, this book describes the history and types of vinegar. The categories are:

I really do not like this small book; it's about 6.5 inches x 6.5 inches x 1 inch. It is hard to open; hard to keep open while reading, and impossible to keep open while copying something from its pages. This book is a slick method of putting in your hands a huge number of photos (with not too much info). What a ripoff.
I ordered this book online or I would have taken it back to the store. I knew more than half of the info before opening the pages and the other half could have been accessed online. If you like lots of photos with minimal info, this is the book for you.
