This was an adorable book, loved all the illustrations throughout it, the author is an amazing artist. This book made me sad cause I know a lot of these places are gone since Hurricane Katrina and the levee breaks. My whole life I've wanted to visit this magical place that they say is "unlike any other place on earth" and I'm kicking myself for not doing it. But this book will at least be a legacy of what once was. A fun read and I learned a lot of the history of New Orleans.
