This book was very enlightening for me, if you have any questions or doubt about your relationship being an abusive one you will want to read this book. Although you will probably have to hide it from your partner because they don't want you to know this stuff and will tell you your the crazy one. If you have ANY doubts about your relationship and your sanity please read this book.

One of the best books written on this subject and the advice she gives in here really works. Book can be life changing if you read it and use the principles in it!

Very good book. I really think people are abused verbally more than what they think. It has a few markings in it but not very many.

I got this to learn more about my brother and his abusive girlfriend. I thought I might be able to help him and gain a better understanding. It was a bit outdated but some interesting information. It was completely written with the abuser being a man.
