I very much enjoyed this series by Thomas Perry. I'm less thrilled with his more recent stuff and wish he would continue this series. Vanishing Act is the first book in the series.

I'm not much of a mystery/suspense fan and most of the genre I've tried leaves me either cold or revolted. Thomas Perry's writing leaves everyone else far behind. Jane Whitefield relies on her intelligence, athleticism and her native wisdom rather than just whipping out a gun. I hope there will be more Jane novels to come. Thank you, Mr Perry!
This is my first Jane Whitefield book but it will be my last. Mystery and action throughout. Very good book
I love all of Perry's novels, especially the Jane Whitefield stories.
