This is a very good continuation of the series. I had a feeling who was the really bad guy, but a lot of other questions also go answered along the way. It didn't spoil the story for me at all, I just wanted to know why. It's one thing to know who, but I always want to know why. Look forward to the next one, just sorry I can't get number 3 because I've found out that it is an ebook and a novella. Maybe #4 will give a hint on it, who knows.

If you're looking for a suspense novel ala Linda Castillo, take a pass. If you're looking for angsty romantic suspense set in Amish country, then you might enjoy this. I guess you can tell which category I fell into.

Book #2 in a 3 book series (at least what I seem to find). These books are interesting, involving and engaging. The mystery is good and keeps you reading.

Good mystery that kept my interest with a nice romance mixed in. Enjoyed the Amish setting and the opportunity to learn more about them.
This is the first book of Marta Perry that I've read and I enjoyed it so much I've ordered the rest of this series.. Right from the first page it grabs your attention and holds it through the whole book... A great read....
