I'm guessing that this author is new to the mystery cozy/supernatural genre. Treating the reader to childish impressions, i.e., witches have warts, she hide behind a big bad vampire while accusing another vampire of being hungry. Come on now, I read over half of the book hoping it would get better but it didn't!!!! As a friend said don't spend your time reading bad writings when there are good books out there...

Please Ms Warren, go back to writing romance, thanks!
