It was empowering to have what I already knew reinforced in this book. This was wonderful to have everything put out there in this book. I thought information was presented in a thoughtful, approachable, easy way for those that aren't health professionals to easily understand.
Highly recommended for those that have a vagina (and for those that love someone who does).
I personally thought the chapter on Kegel exercises was helpful. I also did not know that cranberry supplements (capsules, juice) were unproved for UTI prevention. And this quote: "That, and the patriarchy is a relentless foe." (When discussing vaginal cleaning. Hint- DO NOT DO IT. YOU DO NOT NEED IT).
