If you deal with life's challenges best with humor than I recommend this book to you. It is a very easy and quick read. I felt that the book made too much light of what can truly be a life altering experience for many people. I also felt that it does not attempt to help you choose better relationships in your future. If you just need to smile while you are healing from a broken heart then this may be the book for you.
