I soooo wanted to like this book, as I love mysteries, police procedurials, and anything psychic, so I figured I couldn't go wrong, right? Not so much. The mystery is here, so that was good, but the detective work was lame or, better yet, almost nonexistant, as was anything to do with psychic powers. In fact, there was more "romance" involved in this story than anything. I found myself fast-forwarding past those areas. Such a shame, as I had such high hopes. I guess if you're someone who likes romance books with a little bit of mystery thrown in, you'll probably like this one. Just not my cup of tea.
