Beautiful writing but her heroine didn't evolve much from the previous. Good but hoping for something more next book.
It's a let down when one reads the first book in a series and really enjoys it but the second seems like the first. This book reminds me of the Chemical Garden series which I did finish but I am dropping this one after reading #2. So be it. On to something new.
