I have to disagree with the other reviews. I picked up this book to read and had a hard time putting it down. I absolutely enjoyed the characters and the storyline. I loved the breakfast conversations. I loved the sweetness and hand holding. If you are looking for heavy breathing and lots of lusty action, this is not a book for you. If want a break from that, and want a sweet love story. Read it.

I was looking forward to reading a book by an author I wasn't familiar with and I was completely underwhelmed. I found it hard to keep reading this book as I was bored and not drawn in as much as I usually am by other authors of this genre. Very disappointed and not sure I want to even try other books by her.

I found this book rather fun. The heroine was flawed but given her circumstances she was in keeping with the times. The hero with his setting was engaging. There was nothing earth shattering but just an enjoyable book that allowed one to anticipate the conclusion.
