If you want to know the truth about the effects of the Welfare program on families this is a must read. Though Welfare was created with the best of intentions, it has become another form of slavery. Now I understand why my mother told me as a kid to never, ever get on Welfare.

Powerful account of choosing a life of independence and the rewards America holds for each of us if we believe in Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

This is the story of one woman's awakening to the bigotry of 'big' government...inspiring.
