I ordered this book because I am an Angela Knight fan. her short story in this book takes up the majority of the book, but I've had a very difficult time reading it. It was easy to put down, not as engaging as other stories that have the similar futuristic timeline. I am thinking of ordering some of the books by the other authors which is the reason why I do like these compilation books.

Out of the four stories, I could only really get into "Perfect Mate" by Jennifer Ashley. I'm shocked I didn't care for Knight's "Enforcer," but it was really slow and boring. I think more time was spent on explaining the politics than the actual story.

I would skip this one and just get Ashley's story on ebook or something.

Just read Jennifer Ashley's story of the Shifter Unbound series. I am not sure if I read a book with Cormac in it before but anyways this was a great little story and I am happy to see tough as nails Nell get her forever with Cormac. Even if her two sons and neighbor, the sneaking pain in the ass feline Eric allowing to let Cormac into their community and lives.
