There seems to be some change to trying to track packages using the number on my PO receipt. Now I suddenly get a request to download software-- it has an irritating robotic voice.  I tried to do as it asked and I could never get the tracking information. The irritating voice just keeps repeating  order for things I have already done.

I just checked my post office receipt number and it came up same as always. No voice or any other problems.

Seems the USPS tracking site is buried when you do a Google search now so my efforts put me into another site.  Finally got to the USPS site where I could actually get a response to my tracking number.....book I mailed on the 4th which was expected to be delivered on 9th got stuck somewhere on 8th so it's still not delivered!

Interesting, as soon as I PM'd the requestor about the tracking info, she marked it received! Even though PO still says 'not delivered, sory for the delay'.
