this book covers the U.S. Army Rangers, the U.S. Army Delta Force, and the U.S Navy seals. It covers the basic training of the forces listed and what they are trained to do, equipment and history to a very great extent. They cover things that are not classified of course, but some of what they do cover is not necessarily common knowledge. It gives a good overview of many of the United States Special forces units. A must for military buffs or any one looking at joining the United states military! However, they do not cover the United States Air Force Airo-space air sea rescue ( the USAF P.J. s) or the United States Marine Corps Force Recon but it is a very good over view of the main unites of the special operations forces of the U.S. military.
