I have tried Shakeology.  It is VERY expensive and tastes really nasty.

I know a girl that did plexxus and she lost a TON of weight off it.

my goddaughter is doing shakeology and its 130 a month that's a lot.  and she be adding stuff to it, like greens, pb2,jello pudding and im like don't u have to add all those calories to it and she is like no.

I was told that it don't have enough protein for me since I have the gastro sleeve done.

I would like to try plexus, wonder how much it cost and if its ok for me to take, I have diabetes.

The Shakeology is through PiYo, right?  I bought the PiYo exercise program and got trial samples of it.  I also got a trial bottle of some vitamin blend they sell. I was lucky to figure out that I was going to be automatically charged to send more and I cancelled it because these products contain pomegranate, which I can't have because of my medications for high cholesterol and high blood pressure.  Always be sure you read the labels and understand how ingredients do or don't interact with your medications.
