The first time I read this book, I didn't care for it. But for some reason, the storyline stuck in my head until I had convinced myself that I wanted to read it again. So I bought it and started reading and promptly remembered everything that had turned me off about it before. The heroine is an idiot, and the guy (no champ in the brains department either) is so mean to her. And then that stupid bit at the end about the real estate and her jerky father? I mean really, lets just throw in another contrived obstacle to them having a relationship.
Honestly, my first thought when I finished it was that I was never going to get back those few hours of my life I had wasted on it.

A reissue of an older Sandra Brown title. Rusty Carlson is returning to LA from a hunting weekend with her father. Her small plane crashes in the wilds of Canada. The only other survivor is Cooper Landry, a cynical Vietnam vet who judges Rusty as a spoiled, pampered lady- for which he has no tolerance. What follows is their story of survival and the breaking down of emotional walls for both of them. Quick read.

An easy, quick read....but enjoyable.
