Well first of all, I could not put this book down. It was a very fast read for me. The story is confusing, but good. If you want to read a happy book, this is not the one for you. It was actually kind of depressing. Depressing but interesting.
The location for most of the book is a mental health hospital where the worst of the worst are kept.
The main character is very likeable, but rather twisted.

Really good Psychological thriller. Its a story of who is the patient and just who is the Psychologist. Two men brought together, both helping one another in ways only revealed in the end. This book had one of the best endings Ive read in a while!
I read this book yesterday- could not stop! Even when it was over, it kept rolling around in my head. I can't comment too much about the story- don't want to give anything away- but it certainly is twisted! I agree with the other reviewer that it is not a happy book, not at all, but it was well worth reading!
