Not just a simplistic romance, more fun if you read The Sprial Path first, but not necesary.
A Putney contemporary. I just couldn't warm up to the heroine--I liked her better in the other books. Third in a series.

This book is a winner.
I liked this book because the main character a very stong woman that is able to be both a career woman, a friend and a lover. It has both romance and thought provoking convictions about the death penalty. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I hope you will too.
