As the 6th book in the series, we continue to find the development of Cheney Duvall as she tries to persue her medical profession in the late 1800's. She has now moved on to San Francisco, and this book, as in the others reveals alot about the history of San Francisco during this period. The romance continues between Cheney & Shiloh (would they just get on with it!! :) ), and brings back a friend that Cheney has met along the way. An excellent series with a "G" rating in my book.
