Lisa Jackson books are really hard for me to get into, although, once I get about halfway through, it's pretty good for me. This book, however, was not one of them. The main person in this book is weak and kept saying stuff like, "I'm going to get to the botton of this" or "I'm going to get that out of him/her etc" but never really did. The ending wasen't expected, but I still felt let down. A lot of build up and no fireworks.
Since I just bought a bunch of her books from a yardsale, I'm going to try and trudge through them. Hope they're better then this one.

This one will keep you reading long past bedtime. Excellent story. If you have never read a Lisa Jackson novel...start with this one.

The mystery suspense aspect is well written but the romance leaves me desiring a stronger male character. I usually enjoy Lisa Jackson's books more- However, it is still good overall.
This is a romantic suspense with strong charictors and a good plot with lots of twist. It was the first book of this arther i have read and I look forward to reading moor.

Story about two identical twin sisters who turn out to be as opposite as can be. Very good book. Highly recommended

With the guilt she felt over his death, Maggie was barely coping, and she also had her daughter, Becca's hostility to deal with. When she gets one of the rare 'messages' from her twin Mary Theresa nee Marquise, she knows something is wrong. For only at times when Mary Theresa is in the most distress is she able to talk to Maggie through her mind. The only thing that sticks is that she blames her ex-husband, and Maggie's one time love.
Thane Walker has his own agenda, and he doesn't care what he has to do to accomplish it. When his vindictive ex-wife dissapears after dropping a bombshell on him, he knows that it's probably nothing more than a stunt for publicity. When the police suspect him of being responsible for her dissaperance, he decides to go to Maggie, the only woman he's ever loved.

Reprint of an older book--about '98--but good Lisa Jackson.
I was a bit disappointed in this book. Not what I expected from a great author.

I always forget that this author is a romance novelist. I guess it's called romantic suspense for a reason (HA). but the book reads well and it's not a bad story.

Mirror, mirror,on the wall, who's the deadest twin of all. Maggie and Mary Theresa are mirror images of each other, with totally different personalities. When one goes missing the other tries to find her but the walk down memory lane is not fun. When Maggie decides to become Mary she finds out things she'd rather not know. Very good book.
Book is in once-read condition - bought it at the airport to read on the flight home. It's a decent read with a little bit of twist. Good brain-candy!
