I finished up reading 12 Months of Christmas by Sheila Roberts while on vacation on the right (east) coast. I should probably start by saying I don't typically give a synopsis of books as you can find that elsewhere. Also, I am a HUGE fan of Sheila Roberts' books. I've been reading her stories for many years. Unfortunately, I think I left it at our vacation spot and I need to write this review while the story is hopefully most fresh in my mind Ok, here goes.
I loved and can certainly relate to all the main characters and their respective supporting characters. (Although I did not at all even like the invasive Weed(s).) I have always enjoyed Ms. Roberts' sense of humor; she can always make me laugh when I read one of her books and this one did not fail to deliver its share of snickers. Sometimes I laugh so hard I cry. Sometimes there are just sad parts. I've always thought that if I needed to someone to write my parent's (my maiden name is Parent, no pun intended!) failed romance story, it'd be Sheila!
Do not be misled by the title or cover, this book is for all year long!
