This is a really great book by John MacArthur. I normally don't like his books but this one is really down to earth. All 12 women are presented as though you are meeting them for the first time. He goes into why he feels they are extraordinary and it all leads to their ultimate devotion to Christ. The twelve women studied are Ruth, Anna, Martha and Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sarah, Hannah, The Samaritan Woman, and Mary the mother of Jesus.
