I have always like Ernie Conovers WOODTURNING books. His expertise, on the lathe, as one of this countries top instructors is unquestioned. Although this book is all in Black and white, it doesn't diminish his instructions. Has instructions for spindle turning basics, also for table legs, chair parts, bed posts, structural and decorative columns, pulls and finials, and tabletops. Excellent book
