I really enjoyed this book. Very interesting bit of history with woman spies during the American Revolution. Characters were complex but distinctive. Plot keeps you turning the pages and makes you want to look up the real history of the time. Looking forward to her second book.

It's refreshing to read about the Revolutionary War era from the American side. This book had a strong hero and heroine and realistic conflicts together with some well drawn secondary characters. I honestly did not know how the problems were going to be resolved, and the HEA did not happen without a lot of pain and sacrifices by both of them. It's a bit intense, and does not shy away from the dangers faced by woman spies in particular, just a warning if reading about violence against women disturbs you. But I found it to be quite original and well written.
