I mainly liked this series for the information of the Jewish people and Judaism, in particular. Mr. Kemelman does a really good job of combining education with the mystery. This mystery was really secondary to the education. It took a while to find a crime and almost at the end to solve it. Recommend if you want to know more about Judaism and get a mystery as almost an afterthought.
