I am so disappointed to give this book only 2*
Helen Grace is a badass cop and the previous books have been excellent, however, this one? not so much
It is struggling with several murders, an annoying reporter, and a deceptive fellow cop who is out to get Helen's job
I tried to stick with this but it just seemed confusing and I never saw a clear path to anything so I gave up on it, I did manage to get past the 100 page mark (which is usually my limit on whether to continue or not)
I had my library order this book because they do have the entire series, thanks to me because I requested all of them, but this one is a dud in the series, so read it at your own risk

Helen Grace is one bad ass cop. I really enjoy these books. I think the short (2-4 pages) chapters help with keeping the story moving right along. Lots goes on in this one, it's fast and crazy! Good book.
