An oldie but a goodie that I just reread. Delightful character development and theatrical secondary characters accompany caterer Desdemona as she falls for Sam, the nerdy but hunky head of a computer firm. I very much enjoy Krentz's quirky leads and their banter. There's also a mystery plot line and good writing about family dynamics.

somewhat nerdy hero, with a somewhat doormat heroine. It's an okay book, but nothing too memorable about it. Not bad and yet not great.

This is a great book. Absolutely a "must read". Spicey with plenty of humor and suspense mixed in.

Sam, although he is wealthy, is a computer nerd who keeps getting left at the altar; until he starts to date his caterer. Lots of fun!

I think my very favorite Jayne book. I had to get my own hard cover copy..........and I read it at least once a year. It was the first book to mention a PDA and at the time, I didn't even know what that was! Now I'm never without my Palm.
