Interesting look at day-to-day dealings of Donald Trump in the '80's. Very shrewd, successful man.

When Trump decided to run for President, it renewed my interest to listen to this book. He is arrogant, pompous, a braggart, but he is smart. At least he will tell you he is in this book. All of that snarkiness aside, I like the guy. He tells it like it is, and I LOVE that in a person. I think it Dizzy Dean who said "It ain't braggin' if you can do it." He must have been talking about Trump...or someone like him. You may not like his politics, but if you are business person or someone afraid to take big risks, read this book. Whether you are making a deal with five bucks or five billion bucks on the line, take a lesson from this book...learn to negotiate. Negotiation is everything and everything is negotiable.
