Wonderful story of Southern women. I occasionally questioned Imo's actions & even her sanity, the story of Imo and her "daughters", Lou & Jeanette, touched me and made me laugh and cry.

A delightful story of a recently widowed Southern woman raising a rebellious sixteen year daughter and a thirteen year old niece she has taken in. She's rather just enjoy growing her tomatoes!

This is a delightful book set in Georgia, and all the Southern rules apply! A funny and poignant story about a widow and her two daughters.

This is the first and best book of this series. Really enjoyed the exploits of this widowed woman who tries to connect with men in the Kroger store---very funny!

Awesome book, especially for those (like me) who love the downhome feel of a true Southern novel about strong Southern women.

Lovely story of a widow raising two daughters -- neither hers by birth. The garden is her strength when she is lonely and when her "manhunting" plans don't work out. A supporting cast of friends and several developing situations keep it interesting. Especially good for those who like Southern traditions and manners.
