The book was very helpful for me as my doctor prescribed it as one of my treatments for the degenerative disk disease I have. Its a quick read and easy to understand.
Very helpful book for those who suffer from low back pain. Book covers common causes, exercises for pain relief, common remedies and solutions, as well as special situations, including pregnancy, among others.

If you commit to reading and following the instructions in this book it can make a difference for most people.
I received this book while I was in rehab, after a car accident. It was a motivator, as well as providing helpful exercises and proper posture informaion. This is a fantastic book for anyone with any degree of back pain.
My oldest and best friend also happens to be a physical therapist. When I developed lower back problems, he recommended the McKenzie exercises described in this book. They work -- if more people practiced them regularly, it would put a lot of surgeons out of business.
