Treasure Me continues Kellen & Dawn's story. Kellen is reeling from Jacob's departure that broke up the band, his rift with best friend Owen, & the impending paternity test of Lindsey's pregnancy. Dawn is his rock and love as he takes steps to let go of the past with Sara. Dawn's musical career is taking off and she's traveling a lot while trying to see as much of Kellen as she can. Both of them are intent on their relationship with each other and things keep getting in the way.
Trust Me is a continuation of Gabe & Melanie's story. I didn't like how this part of the story went. They are moving in together but Melanie is bringing best friend, master manipulator, needy, clingy Nikki too. Gabe is none to happy with the deal but accepts it cause he loves Melanie. Laying ground rules for Nikki she of course breaks them with total disregard to Gabe and Melanie. Melanie meets Gabe's family and Gabe's missing rocking with the band. Teaming up with Adam they try and delve into what the hell is wrong with Jacob and his rash decision Uncertain of their future Gabe and Melanie pull out all the stops with a bombshell from Nikki that might just be an answer. Also adding stress is the pending Lindsey paternity test
