Excellent book, very sad, expect tears. But the love story between brother and sister and brother and his lover are so touching and learning about the ravages of AIDS are truly horrific yet something everyone should know. You wont look at gay people the same once you read this book.

Beautifully-written story about a sister caring for her dying brother, and at the same time figuring out her own path in life. Read in one day.

I finished this book in a day. Katrina Kittle just has a way of writing that pulls you in and doesn't let go. A sad story, but one about love too. I really liked it.

I loved this book.At first I wasn't sure I wanted to read a book in which a character died of an incurable illness, but this book is about so much more. It's about love and families and living.

This is the second novel written by Katrina Kittle which I have read. The Kindness of Strangers and Traveling Light were both so moving, well written and amazing. I read "Traveling Light" in three sittings. I would have read it in two if time permitted. This was an outstanding example of just how important family can be when you are subject to life-changing circumstances and the way in which you are able to get over as well as cope with these life hurdles when you have the love and support of those who truly care. I cannot say enough about this author and her writing skills. I look forward to more.

Very good, but, of course, sad. Worth the read.
