I found Transforming Stress to be an excellent book. It is clear on the nature of stress, what happens in our bodies as a result of stress, and provides very doable solutions to decreasing stress. I would say that it is a must read. Most people think that a little stress is "good" but this book provides the scientific evidence that debunks that myth.

In order to get the true value of this book, the reader has to have realized that they do have stress in their lives and have decided to take action steps to reduce and eliminate it. Anything less than that commitment will not provide the desired result.
