I don't recall who recommended this book to me, and that's too bad, because I wish I could thank them! This book far exceeded my expectations, because parts of it aren't even about speaking, but rather about finding and claiming your deepest truth. The book's subtitle is unfortunate, because it suggests some sort of competition, and that's not the spirit of this book at all. It's for anyone who cherishes wisdom and messages from the heart.
