This is another good addition to the Lois Meade mysteries. To me, though, it was not as good as the others. It seemed like something was missing in it, the crimes didn't all the time make sense or even have much to do with each other. I liked it, and certainly will continue reading the series, I geuss it just wasn't my favorite.
In this book, Lois Meade's daughter's partner is beaten and he subsequently dies. The gypsies are suspected of the heinous act. Leave it to Lois and her "team" to ferret out the facts to lead to the solution....Her relationships with her family and Detective Inspector Cowgill are interesting and believable. An enjoyable series.....
