Urban Fantasy by Julie Kenner, and Book 2 of the Blood Lily Chronicles. In Book 1, Lily died, woke up in someone else's body, and was recruited to fight demons, and prevent Armageddon. Now Lily knows that she's been lied to and manipulated by some demons, and has brought the world closer to the very thing she wants to prevent. And, Lily is changing. She keeps some of the essence of every demon she kills. She tries to fight the allure of the darkness as she races to undo the harm she has done. And then there is the strong attraction to the demon, Deacon Camphire, who is seeking redemption for all the evil he's done. The book is fast paced with lots of action. The book is pretty good, and I'm anxious to know how the tale will end.
