Good quick read Seems a bit biased since the author is a college friend of the CEO. Not alot of comment about the negative situations that cutting off the paychecks of the yet to be confirmed victims did to the image of the firm throughout the world. Much comment about the stress to rebuild in a week without the technology and the efforts put forth by the managers. Would have liked to hear more from the lower level employees.
